Will the rules on loan transfers change? – We all follow united

Loan transfers have been around for a long time in football and they are invaluable to many teams. In particular, Manchester United players on loan to other teams give them playing time. They can improve their skills and gain self-confidence. This is especially true for younger team members. This may allow them to come back to Manchester United and have a better chance of being selected for the first team. Recently, Premier League clubs are in talks to change the way loan transfers work.

Previously deleted rules could be back

Before the start of the 2016-2017 season, the emergency loan window the rules were changes. Previously, players were allowed to leave the club on loan for a certain period of time, even if the transfer deadline had passed. However, FIFA decided that this emergency loan procedure should be canceled. What was their reason for this? They argued that they wanted to protect sporting integrity.

However, Premier League clubs appear to be changing their minds. Over the past year, there have been many considerations in football. Indeed, young players have not had the best opportunities to adapt to senior football. Thus, the clubs are discussing the possibility of allowing young players to be loaned to another team even if it is past the mercatos which take place in summer and winter. It could help struggling teams in the Premier League improve their squad. Check here.

Clubs are in favor of change

It is believed that many Premier League clubs are in favor of a return of some sort of emergency loan window. Indeed, the clubs themselves would benefit greatly. Manchester United have a lot of great young players. However, they are not quite ready to be in the first team. Instead of being off the bench, they can enjoy some action at another club, whether it’s a lower division in England or another league across the world. They can thus gain a lot of experience and improve their game. Of course, this is beneficial for the player as an individual. Their confidence will increase when they have playing time, score goals, have assists and defend clean sheets.

For example, there is a lot of Manchester United players who are already on loan this season. Tahith Chong is one of them and is said to be a bright talent for the future. He joined Werder Bremen and even scored on his debut. Then there is James Garner. Manchester United fans may be familiar with his name as he made his debut for the club at just 17 years old. Many clubs wanted to sign him on loan and he played for Watford. This gave him more playing time and the opportunity to improve his skills for the future.
