Lake County News, California – Helping Paws: ‘CocoBean’, ‘George’ and ‘Groover’

LAKE COUNTY, Calif .– Lake County Animal Care and Control has many new adoptable dogs awaiting homes this week.

Dogs available for adoption this week include American Bulldog, Cattle Dog, Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd and Terrier mix.

Dogs adopted by Lake County Animal Care and Control are either spayed or neutered, microchipped and, if old enough, given a rabies vaccine and county license before being handed over to their new owner. Permit fees do not apply to residents of the towns of Lakeport or Clearlake.

The following dogs from the Lake County Animal Care and Control shelter have been approved for adoption (additional dogs on the Animal Control website not listed are still “pending”).
