City and BISSELL Pet Foundation bring holiday hope to shelter animals in El Paso

El Paso Animal Services is once again partnering with the BISSELL Pet Foundation to bring hope to pets this holiday season with its FREE “Empty Shelters – Holiday Hope” adoption event from Monday December 6 through Monday December 20.

The BISSELL Pet Foundation is a permanent partner of El Paso Animal Services and has continued to invest in the community of El Paso to help save hundreds of lives through rescue transport operations and free adoption events. and sponsored like this.
