Rose Protheroe filed a complaint last week, claiming her two dogs were thirsty, sick and terrified when she picked them up on July 10 after a four-day stay, WBRE / WYOU reports.
And according to WNEP, two more dogs were dropped off at the kennel on July 2. One was returned to the owner in poor condition, and the other died on July 7 and was cremated by a local vet “without the consent or knowledge” of the dog owner. , indicate reports.
